With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each dinner includes 8 complete meals for one person. Menu is subject to change daily.

Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Promptly refrigerate any unused portion.

Herb Focaccia
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging from tray. Serve and enjoy!

Tilapia with Miso, Ginger & Black Beans
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 20-25 minutes or until warm. Carefully place fish onto a plate and serve.

Broccoli, Mushroom & Zucchini Soup
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Stovetop: Turn burner onto low heat. Place soup into a pan and cook for 2 to 2.5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully place into a bowl and serve.

Cheese & Spinach Manicotti
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Heating times are approximate and may vary. Bon Appetit! Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm Remove foil & heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Pesto Cheese Flatbread
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven. When crust is browned (approx. 12-14 minutes) remove flatbread from oven and place on plate. Enjoy!

Roast Turkey with Gravy
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 25-30 mins or until internal temp. of 165 degrees. Let stand for 2 min & carefully place onto a plate and serve.

Heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.
