Either way, you're winning. Our meat-obsessed butchers put their all into making our Duroc Ham pure savory perfection. It starts with genuine Duroc pork. This premium pork variety is coveted for its high percentage of marbling, which gives it superior tenderness and natural juiciness.

All you have to do is thaw your ham in the refrigerator and it's ready to slice and enjoy. Of course, if you prefer your ham heated, it only takes minutes in the oven to reach the ideal temp. We have also included delightful sides dishes and dessert. Send this big Christmas feast to treat your family to this incredible holiday meal! Meal serves 4.

This meal includes the following:

   1 ( 2.5 lb). Duroc Boneless Country Ham 
   1 (20 oz.) Steakhouse Creamed Corn
   2 (12 oz.) Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
   2 (12 oz.) Green Bean Casserole
   1 (21 oz.) Old-Fashioned Red Velvet Cake
   4 ( 3 oz.) Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter


Duroc Boneless Country Ham
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Place frozen ham in refrigerator for 26-28 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve or cook as directed. This ham is fully cooked and can be eaten without reheating. Roaster Method: To serve hot. Remove ham from packaging. Place ham on a roasting rack in a roaster cut side down. Pour water in the bottom of the roaster until water is within 1/4 inch of the base of the ham. Put cover on roaster and cook at 275°F for 18-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 275°F. Remove ham from packaging and place cut side down in a roasting pan on a roasting rack. Pour water in bottom of pan until water is within 1/4 inch of the base of the ham. Cover ham with a piece of parchment paper and cover with foil. Place ham in oven on middle rack. Bake for 2 1/2-3 hours until ham reaches internal temperature of 140°F.

Steakhouse Creamed Corn
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING. OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove film. Place on a baking sheet. Place on center rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and stir product. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir and serve. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Cut two 1-inch slits in film. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate in the center of the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove film and stir. Replace film and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Stir and serve.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT):*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving. *Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven.

Green Bean Casserole
Do Not Thaw! Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-37 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve. Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve.

Old-Fashioned Red Velvet Cake
Remove frozen cake from box. For best results, place in refrigerator and thaw overnight. Slice and serve. Keep thawed cake covered in the refrigerator for 5-7 days maximum.

Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter: 
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
