Details:

SendaMeal.com is always trying to respond to customers' needs. A request for a dairy-free food bundle prompted us to put this package together. There are no dairy products in the ingredients. (No cheese, butter, milk or cream). We hope you enjoy it!  Each meal serves 2 or 4.

This meal includes the following:

   2 (3 oz.) Potato & Onion Pierogi
   2 (10 oz.) Salmon Caponata
   2 (16 oz.) Prime Rib Beef & Gravy with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms
   2 (8 oz.) BBQ Sliced Beef Brisket

   2 (3 oz.) French Bread
   2 (6 oz.) Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
   2 (4 oz.) Carrot-Zucchini-Walnut Muffins

Potato & Onion Pierogi
If frozen, THAW before preparing. DO NOT RE-FREEZE. Overcooking decreases quality. Cook thoroughly, for food safety and quality heat to internal temp. of 165 degrees F. Heating may vary depending on appliances. For Best Results Preheat skillet. Add 3 tbsp. of oil/butter and heat. Place Pierogi in skillet, do not overcrowd. Cook on low heat for 6 minutes, then 2 minutes on medium heat. Turn occasionally until golden brown.
Boil: Heat 1 qt of water in pot to slow boil. Carefully place Pierogi in boiling water, uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until they rise to the top, stir occasionally. Drain.

Salmon Caponata
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place on a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on plate in microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes or until warm, stirring periodically. Carefully place on a plate and serve.

Prime Rib Beef & Gravy with Pearl Onions & Mushrooms
Cook from frozen state. *Microwave directions based on 1000-watt oven. Adjust cook time as needed as oven wattage varies. internal temperature needs to be at or above 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer before eating. 
Stovetop: Pour entire bag into a medium sized nonstick skillet. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 8 to 9 minutes. Stir occasionally and cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 F as measured with a food thermometer before eating. Serve and enjoy! 
Microwave: Pour entire bag's contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Pull back plastic wrap, stir contents and re-cover. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 4 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

BBQ Sliced Beef Brisket
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking time will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Microwave: Do not remove or pierce plastic film. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes. Film will expand and form a bubble during heating, then self vent and slowly relax over brisket. Remove from microwave and let rest for 2 minutes. Caution, contents are very hot!
Stovetop: Place contents of package in a small saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Beef is ready when heated thoroughly. Remove from heat and place brisket on a plate.

French Bread
No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging. Let the bread thaw, then serve.

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl to serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl and serve.

No Reheating Required. Remove plastic packaging, serve and enjoy!
