Details:

A beautiful beef tenderloin covered with Mushroom Duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry. (Product requires cooking.) Add Rosemary Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, and then a slice of scrumptious Tiramisu Cake, and you have an elegant meal that will please anyone. Meal serves 2 or 4.

This meal includes the following:

   Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry (Serving Size: 7 oz.)
   Rosemary Potatoes (Serving Size: 6 oz.)
   Brussels Sprouts with Bacon (Serving Size: 6 oz.)
   Tiramisu
 Cake (Serving Size: 4 oz.)

Beef Tenderloin covered with Mushroom Duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry.
Oven: If time allows defrost up to 2 hours in refrigerator. Place foil on baking sheet and grease with butter or olive oil and then place beef on sheet. Mix a whole egg with water and brush beef. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cook for 10-15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375 and cook about 10-15 minutes until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Insert a stick thermometer into the thickest part of the product, using the hole in the center of the pastry flower for access to avoid marring the pastry.

Rosemary Potatoes
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15 -20 mins or until crispy if desired. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot, stirring periodically. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve.


Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl to serve. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically. Carefully place vegetables into a bowl and serve.

TiramisuCake
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use.. NO HEATING REQUIRED Remove plastic top from plastic tray. Place tiramisu onto a plate and serve.
