Our Complete Meals Diabetic Friendly Special Diet Meals are designed with a dietitian to be healthy and low in sodium, and by our chefs to be delicious! Each meal has a main course and either one or two side dishes.

Creamy Country Fried Steak with Red Skin Potatoes & Mixed Vegetables
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 
Microwave (Recommended Method): Slit film over each compartment. Microwave on high for 6 minutes until heated. Carefully remove product and let stand 2 minutes. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place meal on baking sheet. Slit film over each compartment. Heat in oven for 25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam.

Spinach Mushroom Lasagna with Garlic Green Beans
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly.
Microwave (Recommended Method): No need to puncture film. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove film and serve. 
Oven: No need to puncture film. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Chicken Patty with BBQ Sauce with Stewed Tomatoes & Broccoli Florets
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave (Recommended Method): Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam.
