Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
Despite their appearance, Argentinian Red Shrimp are RAW. Cook until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140°F. Season as desired. FROM FROZEN Stovetop, Steam: Add 2 inches of water to a saucepan and insert steamer basket. Heat water to a boil using medium high heat. Remove shrimp from bag, add to steamer basket, cover and boil for 6-8 minutes. Stovetop, Saute: Preheat small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and carefully place in skillet. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through. GRILL: Preheat grill with lightly oiled grilling pan to medium. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and add to pan. Cover pan and grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Maine Lobster Tail Halves
Preparation: Do not thaw! Broil: Preheat oven broiler on high. Remove tails from plastic and arrange on broiler pan, meat side up. Brush with butter. Broil for 7 minutes. Turn and broil another 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer translucent. Grill: Preheat grill on high. Remove tails from plastic and brush with butter. Arrange tails on the grill with the meat side up. Grill for 7 minutes. Turn and grill another 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer translucent. Stovetop: Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove tails from plastic and place in boiling water. Return to a boil and cook tails approximately 5 minutes or until meat is no longer translucent. Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove tails from plastic and brush with butter. Place on baking sheet with meat side up. Cook for 15-16 minutes or until meat is no longer translucent.
Potatoes au Gratin
Do Not Thaw! Oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F. Place desired number of servings on a foil lined or nonstick baking sheet allowing approximately 2 inches between pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Microwave: Place 1-2 portions on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for approximately 1-3 minutes.
Caramel Apple Tartlets
Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Microwave: * Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
