Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from package and place in a baking pan with 2" sides. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cover the pan with foil. Conventional Oven: Heat for 1 1/2 hours (approximately 20-25 minutes per pound) or until warm.
Convection Oven: Heat for 1 hour and 10 minutes (approximately 15-18 minutes per pound) or until warm. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes for browning. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
