Do not thaw. Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F, as measured by use of a thermometer. Bake: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip over steaks and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
