Spiral Sliced Ham Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Spiral Sliced Ham is fully cooked making it possible to serve directly from the refrigerator. 
Oven: preheat oven to 325°F. Remove Spiral Sliced Ham from film and foil. Place ham cut side down on a raised edge baking pan lined with foil. Heat, uncovered, for 60-75 minutes for entire ham or 10 minutes per pound for smaller portions. 

INGREDIENTS: Glazed with: Sugar, Brown Sugar, Dextrose, Paprika, Spices. Cured with Water, Salt, Sodium Lactate, Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.

Brussels Sprouts with Shallots and Bacon Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.
Stove Top: Separate Brussel Sprouts and place in a large pan over medium heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes stirring often.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray on a foil lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and serve.
Microwave: cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve 

INGREDIENTS: Brussel Sporuts, Shallots, Butter (Cream, Salt), Bacon (Cured With Water, Salt, Smoke Flavoring, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. Whipped Sweet Potatoes Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.
Microwave: Cut slit in film covering tray. Place sweet potato tray in microwave. Cook on high for 4-6 minutes. Remove tray from microwave, stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove film. Serve.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from tray. Cover with foil. Place sweet potato tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Heat for 30 minutes. Stir. Place foil over tray and continue heating in oven for an additional 30 minutes until heated through. 

INGREDIENTS: Sweet Potatoes, Brown Sugar, Whole Milk, Butter (Cream, Salt), Salt. Contains: Milk.
 

Pecan Pie Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 4-5 hours. If desired heated, remove plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack in oven. Bake pie in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes. Rest pie 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Single slices can be plated and heated in the microwave for 20-25 seconds on HIGH heat. 
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pie from plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack of oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove pie from oven and wait 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Pumpkin Pie Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Remove all packing, slice and serve. Serve with whipped cream or Omaha Steaks Cinnamon Ice Cream.
