Grilling Method: Serves in just 18 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if filets are thawed. Thaw filets overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum packed filets in cold water for 20-30 minutes. If you can't grill, try the Broiling Method.

1. Preheat grill on HIGH or prepare coals.
2. Remove thawed filets from packaging and season with ¼ teaspoon of Natural Seasoning per filet. Set aside.
3. Place tray of Long Grain White Rice, with film intact, in microwave. Cook on HIGH for 3 minute, stir and continue cooking for 1 minute.
4. After rice is placed in microwave, place seasoned filets on preheated grill for 4 minutes.
5. Remove rice from microwave and set aside. Cut slit in center of film covering Roasted Vegetable Medley. Place tray in microwave and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
6. For medium filets, flip filets and continue grilling for 4 minutes. Remove from grill to a clean plate.
7. Remove vegetables from microwave, plate with filets and white rice. Serve.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.

Broiling Method: Serves in just 20 minutes using a Broiler and Microwave* if filets are thawed. Thaw filets overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum packed filets in cold water for 20-30 minutes. If you can grill, try the Grilling Method.
1. Preheat broiler and position top oven rack 3-4 inches from broiler.
2. Remove thawed filets from packaging, season with ¼ teaspoon Natural seasoning and place on broiler pan. Set aside.
3. Place tray of Long Grain White Rice, with film intact, in microwave. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes, stir and continue cooking for 1 minute.
4. Place broiler pan with filets in oven, broil for 4-5 minutes, flip and continue broiling for 4-5 minutes for medium doneness.
5. Flip filets, then cut a slit in center of film covering Roasted Vegetable Medley. Place tray in microwave and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
6. Remove filets to a clean plate, remove vegetables from microwave and plate with filets and rice. Serve.

• For Oriental flare, stack rice and vegetables, then top with filet that has been sliced across the grain into thin strips. Splash a dash of soy sauce over the meal!
• No time to thaw? Broiling: Broil frozen filets for 7-8 minutes, flip, season and continue broiling for 5-6 minutes. Grilling: Preheat grill to MEDIUM and grill frozen filets for a total of 20-24 minutes, flipping often. Season toward end of cooking time.
• Marinate thawed filets in a low fat Oriental salad dressing, omit All Natural Seasoning, grill, slice and serve.
• Garnish plate with a sprig of cilantro, also called Chinese parsley.
