Duck Florentine Meal Preparation

Duck Florentine  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
Thaw Completely in refrigerator
OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove film and netting from duck. Place on foil lined baking pan with fat side up. Heat uncovered for 20-22 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving. 

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw.
Microwave (1100-WATT):*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
*Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven. 

Vegetable Medley  Product Information  &   Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw
Microwave: Cut small slit in the center of film on vegetable medley tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place vegetable medley tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve.
