Fresh fruit and shrimp add a burst of freshness to your appetizer buffet. The lime-and-cilantro marinade gives the seafood a flavorful punch.

     teaspoon  finely shredded lime peel
    1/3  cup  lime juice
    1/4  cup  cooking oil
