ingredients
  •  
     Pieces  nitrite-free hickory smoked bacon
  •  
     Tablespoons  mayonnaise
  •  
     Teaspoon  Dijon mustard
  •  
    1/6  Ounce-weight  sugar-free pancake syrup
  •  
     Servings  Atkins Cuisine Bread, toasted
  •  
     Cup  arugula leaves, rinsed and dried
  •  
       ripe plum tomato, thinly sliced
  •  
 
directions
Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet until just crisp. Drain on paper towels.
 
Mix mayonnaise, mustard and syrup. Spread on bread slices. Layer arugula, bacon, and tomato on 2 slices of bread.
 
Top with remaining bread slices.
 

note:
This recipe is delicious with rye bread, try to find a low-carb rye and enjoy!
