For this sweet snack, layer yogurt, granola, almonds and honey and top with fresh berries. It's also fantastic for dessert.


Berry Parfait
Recipe from 
    1/2  cup  low-fat Greek yogurt
    1/4  cup  low-fat granola
     teaspoon  slivered almonds
     tablespoon  honey
    1/2  cup  berries
Top 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup low-fat granola, 1 teaspoon slivered almonds, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 cup berries.
