This is just a nice change from an ordinary ham sandwich
Total Time: 5 mins Servings: 4 SEE MORE SMITHFIELD RECIPES Ingredients 3 cups Smithfield Deli Thin Cooked Ham, chopped 2 tablespoons sweet pickle, chopped 2 tablespoons dill pickle, chopped 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and grated 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Salt and pepper Directions 1 Mix all of the ingredients gently but thoroughly. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to three days. 2 Makes about 3 1/2 cups. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Serve on bread as a sandwich. Can also serve on leave of Boston lettuce with tomato slices. |
