Ingredients
MethodMix ancho powder, black pepper and cocoa then rub onto each piece of bacon. Cook until crispy, drizzling honey on bacon during last 1 minute of cooking. In a blender or food processor, pulse mayonnaise, lime and chiles. Toast bread, then spread mayonnaise on toast. Layer toast with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes.
