ingredients

1    teaspoon   finely shredded orange peel
1/3   cup   orange juice
2    teaspoons   olive oil
3/4   teaspoon   snipped fresh rosemary
3/4   teaspoon   snipped fresh sage
1    clove  garlic, minced
1/4   teaspoon   salt
1/4   teaspoon   ground black pepper

directions
Combine orange peel, orange juice, olive oil, rosemary, sage, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish; seal bag.
Marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours. Makes about 5 (1 tablespoon) servings.
