Chicken Fettuccine Preparation

Preparation: Do not thaw.
Microwave: Place tray in microwave with cello packaging intact. Cook on high for 6 minutes, carefully remove film and stir. Cook on high an additional 2 minutes. Let rest 1 minute. Stir well before serving. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove cello packaging. Place on a baking sheet. Heat uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir well before serving.
