Oven Method:

30 minutes using the Oven. If you can't use the Oven, try the Microwave Method.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Remove frozen chicken breasts from packaging. Place on baking sheet that has been half lined with foil, creating a boat by folding up edges about 1-inch.
3. Place Yukon Gold Potatoes Roasted Vegetable Medley trays, with film intact, on the baking sheet next to chicken.
4. Place baking sheet on oven center rack and bake for 30-35 minutes.
5. Remove from oven.
6. Plate Caesar Chicken Breasts with Yukon Gold Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Medley.

Microwave Method:

11 minutes using a Microwave*. If you can't microwave, try the Oven Cooking Method found below.
1. Remove frozen chicken breasts from packaging. Place chicken on a microwave safe plate; cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Flip over chicken breasts; and set aside.
3. Place Yukon Gold Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Medley trays, with film intact, in microwave. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
4. Carefully lift film, stir and microwave an additional 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and set aside.
5. Place chicken breasts back in microwave and heat an additional 2 minutes.
6. Plate Caesar Chicken Breasts with Yukon Gold Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Medley.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.

Serving Tips & Reccomendations:


• Sprinkle chicken with fresh chopped Italian Parsley and grated Parmesan Cheese.
