Quick Cooking Method: 
1. Cut slit in center of film of both trays and place trays of frozen Beef Stew in microwave.
2. Microwave both trays on HIGH for 10 minutes. Pull back film and stir.
3. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 6 minutes. Stir before serving.
* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.

Traditional Cooking Method: 
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut a slit in center of film on both trays, leaving film intact while baking.
3. Place both frozen trays on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on oven center rack and bake for 40 minutes.
4. Remove baking sheet from oven. Carefully pull back film and stir.
5. . Return baking sheet to oven. Continue baking for 15 minutes. Stir before serving.
