Home-style Beef Brisket Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator.
Marinate or season as desired. Preheat oven to 325°F. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet over high heat on the stove-top. Carefully place brisket in skillet and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer brisket to a baking pan, adding ½ cup of water. Cover pan tightly with foil, crimping edges. Cook for 3 to 3 ½ hours. Slice thin across the grain of the meat.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Potato, Dehydrated Potato, Sour Cream (Cultured Skim Milk, Cream, Modified Corn Starch, Sodium Phosphate, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), Butter, Dairy Blend (Whey, Nonfat Dry Milk, Soy Flour), Roasted Garlic, Salt, Granulated Garlic, White Pepper, Dried Parsley. Allergens: Milk and Soybean. Produced in a facility that also processes Wheat and Egg ingredients.
*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
*Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven.

: Cut small slit in the center of film on mixed vegetable tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place mixed vegetable tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve
