Warm Water Lobster Tails Product Information.
Microwave:*
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove plastic wrap from frozen tails and place in a microwave safe baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner of dish. Place in microwave and cook on 30% power for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Flip tails, cover, vent one corner and cook on 60% power for 6 - 7 minutes. Let stand one minute. Remove from microwave and prepare for serving. To serve in shell, remove underside membrane by cutting along each side of tail, pull to remove membrane. To remove from shell, cut away underside membrane and insert fingers between shell and meat at heavy end and work meat loose from shell. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once during cooking.
Oven: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove tail from plastic and wrap each tail tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet in oven on center rack. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and prepare as above for serving.
Broil or Grill: Thaw lobster in the refrigerator. Preheat broiler, position top rack 3-4 inches from broiler or grill to medium. Butterfly tails by cutting down through middle of hard shell with a sharp knife. Cut through flesh but not underside membrane. Hold tail in both hands and open flat, butterfly style. Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Place lobster tails on broiling pan, shell side down or flesh side down on grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping when necessary if flare up occurs on grill.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes Product Information.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrapping foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35 to 45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 21/2 to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes.

Microwave: Cut small slit in the center of film on tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve. * Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
