Grilling Method:

12 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if pork chops are thawed. Thaw pork chops overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped pork chops in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't grill, try the Broiling Method found below.
1. Preheat grill to MEDIUM-HIGH or prepare coals.
2. Remove thawed pork chops from packaging.
3. Place pork chops on grill. Sear for 4-6 minutes. Flip & continue grilling for 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
4. While pork chops are grilling, remove Mushroom Demi Glace from foil packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes
5. Cut slit in center of film covering Roasted Vegetable Medley. Remove film from tray covering Red Roasted Potatoes. Place the tray of potatoes and vegetables in microwave. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 minutes.
6. Carefully peel back film of the Red Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Medley and stir. Microwave both an additional 1-2 minutes on HIGH.
7. Move pork chops from grill to a clean plate. Serve with Roasted Vegetable Medley and Red Roasted Potatoes. Drizzle Mushroom Demi Glace over Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.

Broiling Method:

10 minutes using a Broiler and Microwave* if pork chops are thawed. Thaw pork chops overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't broil, try the Grilling Method found below.
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Remove thawed pork chops from packaging.
3. Place pork chops on broiler pan on top of oven rack. Broil for 4-6 minutes. Flip & continue broiling for 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
4. While pork chops are in broiler, remove Mushroom Demi Glace from foil packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
5. Carefully peel back film of the Red Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Medley and stir. Microwave both an additional 1-2 minutes on HIGH.
6. Move pork chops from grill to a clean plate. Serve with Roasted Vegetable Medley and Red Roasted Potatoes. Drizzle Mushroom Demi Glace over pork chops.
