Oven Method:

60 minutes using the Oven. If you can't use the Oven, try the Microwave Method.
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. 2. Run frozen package of Pork Ribs under cold water briefly to loosen packaging.
3. 3. Remove ribs and sauce from packaging and place on aluminum foil. Wrap tightly, crimping to seal the foil. Place on a baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 25 minutes.
4. 4. Place tray of Yukon Gold Potatoes and Sweet Corn Medley, with film intact, on baking sheet with ribs. Bake for 30-35 minutes with ribs.
5. Remove from oven.
6. 6. Plate BBQ Pork Ribs with Yukon Gold Potatoes Sweet Corn Medley.

Microwave Method:

18 minutes using a Microwave*. If you can't microwave, try the Oven Cooking Method found below.
1. Run frozen package of Pork Ribs under cold water briefly to loosen packaging.
2. Cut open packaging and place ribs and sauce in a covered microwave safe dish.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Remove ribs from microwave and set aside.
4. Place Yukon Gold Potatoes and Sweet Corn Medley trays in microwave, leaving film intact. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
5. Carefully lift film, stir and cook an additional 2 minutes. Remove trays from microwave and set aside.
6. Place ribs back in microwave to heat an additional 2 minutes.
7. Plate BBQ Pork Ribs with Yukon Gold Potatoes and Sweet Corn Medley.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
