Salmon Fillets Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator.
Oven: Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Grill: Remove fillets from plastic wrap. Grill salmon fillets over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Microwave: Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap. Place fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking.
Roasted Potato Wedges Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw. Microwave: Remove film from potato wedges tray. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2½ to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Remove from microwave, stir and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from potato wedges tray and place on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on oven center rack; bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and serve. Oven - Crispy Potato Method: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove potato wedges from tray and place directly on nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
Sweet Corn Medley Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw
Microwave (1100-WATT): :: Cut small slit in the center of film on sweet corn tray. Place in microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Lift film, stir and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve.
Oven:Preheat oven to 350°F. Place sweet corn tray on baking sheet. Cut a small slit in the center of film on tray. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove film and serve.
